Present investigation was carried out to assess diversity and foraging behaviour of different insect pollinators visiting on sunflower, Helianthus annuus Lin. Fourteen insect species belonging to five families and two orders Hymenoptera and Diptera were observed visiting the blossom of sunflower. The activity of flower visiting insects was recorded o highest (3.80 foragers/head/5min) at 1200 h when average temperature and relative humidity were 39.2 °C and 40.1 per cent respectively. Among the insect visitors, average relative abundance was observed highest with Apis mellifera (4.50 foragers/head/5min; 28.57% of total pollinators). The overall mean of foraging rate and mean foraging speed of pollinators was observed highest (10.13 flower head/foragers/min and 6.43 sec/flower, respectively) at 1000 h when o average temperature and relative humidity were 36.9°C and 49.6 per cent. Amongst the foragers, foraging rate was highest of Apis mellifera (10.83 flowers head/foragers/min); constituting 25.63 per cent of the total pollinators observed and the average time spent by single forager per flower was maximum with Apis mellifera 6.90 sec/flower.Keywords

Psoriasis is a common inflammatory papulosquamous disease of skin with variable morphology, distribution, severity, and course. Psoriatic patients face many social and psychological problems because of its visibility, recurrence, persistence and difficult to treat. The present paper deals with a report of case series study evaluating the efficacy of Finbid (Zoetic Ayurvedics Pvt. Ltd.) which is an indigenous, non pharmacopoeial, herbomineral formulation as an oral administration for the treatment of plaque psoriasis. The duration of clinical study was 12 weeks and follow-up was done monthly. It was concluded that Finbid appears to be an effective and safe treatment for psoriasis even with long term use. Keywords

Green Advertising or Green marketing is one of the hottest topics today. This paper examines the impact of green advertising on consumers in India. Objective of the study is to analyze the specific type of advertising that is centered around the promotion of factors having to do with the environment. The companies that use green image are very useful for to be environment clean and safe. For this purpose a group of companies who are focusing to build up the green image on consumers in India, have been selected for the study. The findings of the paper reveals that the green mark is helping consumers in safe guarding their health, environment and economic condition as well. Where government has failed, many businesses are increasingly getting into the act and offering "green" alternatives, like the Toyota Prius, green home environmental products, organic and natural personal care products, environmentally preferable building products, and other green products and services. This paper attempts to find out the best possible implication and importance of green advertising. The result of this research paper concludes that the promotion of green products will be a major boost not only to the manufactures but simultaneously help the society. The major limitation of the research was unawareness about green marketing among consumers.Research design will comprise of the sampling design, data collection methodology, findings, and results and discussions. Keywords

Purpose: the main purpose of the study was to examine the factors that affect customer satisfaction in online retailing in Indian context and identify the relative influence of factors. A theoretical model was derived in accordance with the literature and was tested empirically.
Methodology/Approach: the data was collected convenience through a structured questionnaire administered through both personal and online mode. Exploratory Factor Analysis was done to measure the latent constructs and establish the structure of factors. The proposed model and impact of each factor on e-satisfaction was tested through Multiple Linear Regression.
Findings: it was found that the antecedents of e-satisfaction can be measured with five underlying factors instead of proposed four factor model. The factors that were found to have significant impact on e-satisfaction are merchandising, product information, perceived value and financial transaction. Interestingly, convenience was found to have an insignificant impact. The strongest impact was that of merchandising followed by perceived value.
Practical implications: firstly the study contributes to the literature by establishing that scales developed to measure factors affecting satisfaction in e-retailing elsewhere can also employed in Indian context also. From e-marketing point of view it was brought forward that merchandising and perceived value are the most important factors that affect e-sat therefore marketers should strengthen their merchandising activities and enhance value perception of the customers.
Research limitations: use of non-probabilistic sampling technique due to non availability of sampling frame was the major limitation that restricts the generalization of the results.

Nephrolithiasis is a common urologic disease worldwide. Despite advanced technology like lithotripsy the management of renal calculi remains a challenge. Most of the Indian patients prefer to take alternative medicine before undergoing painful surgery. The present paper deals with a case report in which a 37 year old male patient of bilateral multiple renal calculi was treated with Unani pharmacopeal medicine: QursKaknaj, QursKushtaHajrulYahood, ArqKasni and SharbatBuzooriMotadil as oral administration, with the aim to evaluate the efficacy of drugs and to avoid surgery. Patient has shown excellent result in subsequent investigations and finally patient got free from renal calculi without operation. Keywords
